FAQs
How do I get access to the EatTastyUP free trial month?
EatTastyUP's free trial month is available to all registered users who have never joined a Monthly Plan before. The monthly fee will only be charged at the beginning of the 2nd month.
Can I buy more than 1 dish per day?
Yes, you can manage the number of dishes included in your plan as you prefer. If you choose to buy them all in one order, it is possible. If you prefer 1 dish a day, that is also possible.
Do I have to order the number of dishes available in each plan?
No, from the 2nd dish onwards you can already be saving.
Is membership automatically renewable?
Yes. The payment and renewal of membership are made monthly and automatically. The first payment for the EatTastyUP Plus and EatTastyUP Fam Plans is made at the moment of joining.
Can I cancel my plan at any time?
Yes. By choosing to cancel your plan, you are canceling your next payment. You will continue to have access to the plan's benefits until the cancellation date.
For example: if your plan renews on the 30th, but you choose to cancel it on the 20th, you will continue to have access to all dishes at 5.90€/6.90€, if you still have meals available, until the 30th. However, the renewal will not take effect.
Can I change plans?
Yes. You can proceed with canceling the current plan and, after that plan is deactivated, join a different plan.
The price discount offered by joining one of the EatTastyUP plans is not cumulative with other discounts and campaigns.
